Looking for a tengu pilot. Budget is around 8 bill with some wiggle room.

Must have:

-subsystems to at least 4, preferably 5
-t2 heavy missiles. the more support skills to 5, the more its worth to me
-energy management, energy grid upgrades, energy systems operation to V
-shield emission to at least 4
-shield comps to 3 or 4
-other assorted crap, not going to list every skill

This will probably be a toon in the 20-25+ mill sp range. Please don't post your 5 mill sp starter tengus.
