Looking to buy 100mil skillpoint PVP/PVE pilot.

RACES: Caldari prefer but will accept cross-trained. (especially for pirate ships)
EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: None or fewer if possible.
STANDING: No bad standing with any NPC faction please. (don't care much for pirate faction)

Able to fly:
-Carrier
-T2 Battleship
-Battlecruiser
-T2 Cruiser (especially strategic ships)
-T2 Frigate
-T2 Industrial ship (cov-op)

Able to use:
-T2 Missiles
-T2 Guns (if possible)
-Drones (light, medium and heavy)
-Fighter Drones (bombers if possible)
-Good Shield/Armor tanking

Must have:
Positive Security Status
Positive Wallet
Attributes Remap
No Kill Rights
Good Character Name

Budget: 25b to 28b

It's a little light on skillpoints but it meets your needs decently well in my opinion.
Positive sec status
It can go in all empire space (nothing below -5, amarr and caldari both very positive faction standings).
Positive wallet
No remap :(
No killrights :)
Decent name

Obviously the Caldari skills speak for themselves. Everything you wanted is completely maxed out except for carrier for which you already have very good jump skills, advanced spaceship command V and two battleships at V, it can hop into chimera or thanatos at a moment's notice. It's very caldari/guristas ship specced, if you're into missiles then it has all you want.
It has cloaky transport ships and t2 light, medium and heavy drones as well as Ved drone supports.

It also comes with a full high grade crystal set.

Post in the topic or message Wrathful Penguins in game if you're interested, it'll cost you 20b so it's a decent amount under budget but obviously I'll understand if you want to spend more and get everything you wanted immediately.
