This is an alt trained specifically to be a competent sabre and broadsword alt. It is perfect for people looking to make the move out to nullsec or wormhole space and they are the best dictor and hictor respectively.

It's only got ten million skillpoints but they're allocated correctly so I'll just quickly list what it can do.

It can fly a sabre.
It can fly interceptors.
It can fly a solid hurricane.
In 9 days it will be able to fly broadsword (this auction lasts 14 days from today, I concede it can't fly it yet but I'm still marketing it as a broadsword toon, if you don't like that, wait 9 days and then bid).

It has tech two small and medium projectiles to go with the sabre/claw/broadsword/cane/whatever.
It has good electronics, engineering and navigation supports.
It has the bubbly supports such as cloaking and the ability to launch bubbles and do the broadsword point.
It can use tech two drones.

A fairly basic account but it does exactly what it claims to and fills a specialised niche without breaking the bank.

still too low, sorry. This account is worth more than that, it's difficult to buy a toon with dictor/hictor skills like this without having to spend 10b for skillpoints you don't want. It's narrowly trained and fills an important niche, 3b is not enough.
