I am looking for the right combat toon that isnt caldari. i cant stress how much i dont want a caldari toon.

I have 10 billion isk to use to buy a toon. i will be using the gemblog ccharacter appraiser as a guide line for any charactor posted. I will not however concider it the bottom line as it does tend to under value characters.

Pls post anything you have on here that doesnt have industry skills and is NOT caldari.
