Jump clone dissapeared

Hello all,

I have pretty big problem, my jump clone worth around 3 B has dissapeared. Several days ago I jumped out of it, and when I wanted to jump back, I was terified when I realised it is not on list.

My corp mates said I might used same station so it would destroy my clone, but I am aware of that since I have account from 2005, and it always popped up with yellow warning when you tried to do so. I am absolutely sure I did not confirm such action.

I created petition four days ago hoping GM will help with issue, but still no response.

My question is, did anyone encounter similar issue, also what is normal time I might hope to get GM assistance with matter?
