My gawd, I've been away from Eve for two months and now I find myself pressing "F5" after everything I do.

Bind F5 to QUIT and you will learn to stop pressing F5.

Isn't F5 the save button in old sierra games?
Have you been away playing space quest 3 or something?

Edit: It's okay, I understand no one remembers/likes the space quest series :(

F5 is commonly known as the quick-save button. That particular key is assigned such a function in many games.

Alternatively, he could just be talking about refreshing pages in his browser. I don't know. Question

I too suffer F5 syndrome after not playing eve for the last few months, however mine is browser related
