Your account is closed for character transfer. ?

This is a new account, less than 2 days old, and I bought it for the sole purpose of housing an alt I as attempting to purchase in the character bazaar. We attempted the transfer and had no luck, after a while of mucking about with it, I wen't to my character transfer section and at the top I see: "Your account is closed for character transfer." There is no transfer in process. Is there some kind of unspoken/non-documented rule stating an account has to be older than some age to character transfer? As 2 alt accounts are also closed for transfer, yet my main is not.

As per char transfer FAQ:
Transferring a character that is less than 14 days old makes little sense. This limitation is put in place mainly to prevent accidental transfers of wrong characters.

EDIT: Also, the charcater being transferred is locked for 10 hours during the transfer.

The character being transfered is a 2009 character, THIS character was made on this account so I could post on the forums. That limitation applies to the character, not the account.

and in reply to the edit: The character failed to transfer and is not in process of being transferred because my account is closed for character transfer.

It is a full account, I created the account and nearly instantly activated it:

Account Type
Active - Paying with CreditCard
Next Billing Date
13 April 2012 - 1:51 pm (in 50 days)

Might be that your payment type takes some time to be fully validated, you're probably best off to create a petition about this as we can't help you with it.

Have had a patition up for it, on all three accounts, no reply. and the oldest of the accounts is 10 days old, all of which are unable to transfer to/from, yet my main account can transfer just fine.
