Is this a new Feature or only a new Bug?

The Skill queue say i skill "Research Project Management Level 1" and the Tooltip say i skill "Amarr Drone Specialization Level 2".

You are not training Research Project Managment, you need to apply the skill queue first.

The Skill Research Project Managment is the aktiv Skill in the skill queue!
I know how skilling to function in EVE.
