Welcome to Rumor's Design Corp! Your one stop-shop for trading ISK for CCP quality design work. I design and build websites for a living and have extensive knowledge of Photoshop, 3d Rendering, Illustration, photography and digital painting.

W3370Pi4: If you feel that I've wronged you or someone else somehow, please bring to light the situation and the proof. Otherwise, you have no right to post libel and slander about things you know nothing about.

I consider your comment not only wasteful of my fellow capsuleers and my time but also a burden on Eve's systems in general.

you have no background history yet you ask to be paid in advance plus this is clearly some kind of alt


if you trully have skills work for me ( no isk upfront ) and you will be paid fully when yourwork is done

I'd love to do work for you but I'll hold you to the same terms as everyone else. Your half payment ensures that I'll at least get paid partially for my work. Otherwise, I could do work all day long and potentially earn nothing. The half payment also gives you incentive to respond to my emails and follow up with the work I do.

If you'd like a list of references, I'll be glad to send them along.
