I'm not going to bother to read the 9 pages of stupid that are mandatory in any thread that the Goons get involved in. I will however state that 99% is a funny name when you start wondering what percent of the 99% will be infiltrators.

Also, a simple suggestion in tactics for you. Attack indirectly, pick at their allies and target specifically the members of their alliance who are engaged in benign activies like mining and mission running. In essence, prey upon and harass those that it will both inconvenience the most and are ill prepared to defend themselves. Basically, take a page from the Goon playbook and serve it to their friends.

You are of course correct. Hurricanes should be fit with 3 sebos and a tracking computer, as the goon canes on the torrinos gate are fit.
