I like to keep things short and sweet here.

My platform:

1. Fixing these forums and adding a dislike button to them.

2. Fixing sov, its boring as **** to shoot structures, I'd like to change it to a more population based system. If you have people living in the system then you get sov.

3. Fixing low sec, right now its basically a place to go get ganked while traveling to 0.0, I want to fix that by revamping the bounty hunting profession and readjusting the risk:reward ratio.

4. Fixing POSes, these things are literally way to much effort for what you get out of them and they could use an art overhaul.

5. Fixing wardecs, these are basically useless now. They need a complete redo.

6. Changing faction standings, these are way to much effort to grind up and some factions (pirate factions) aren't worth bothering with.

7. Changing security status, in order to facilitate more pvp I intend to change it so that you can only go as far as -2.0 security status from ship aggression/destruction. If you really want to be a murderous -10.0 outlaw then you're going to have to murder people. Podding will be the only way to lower your sec status below -2.0. (only applies to low sec)

8. Reintroduction of free form contracts.

9. DEATH TO ALL BOTS, fiery death.

10. Rebalancing super caps.

11. Total annihilation of the NEX store, space barbies will also die a fiery death.

I realize these are all really short points most without any explanation of "how." If you want to know how, please click the like button and ask. I will try to answer within a reasonable time, if you ask but do not like I will not answer because you are a space butt.

You didn't really follow instructions but I'll answer anyway because you made a coherent post.

RE 7: I intend for that to only apply in low sec, high sec shall remain the same.

RE 11: Yes its bad there's plenty of problems in space right now that need to be fixed before barbie gets a new set of pants. Once those are done, I'll concede that the NEX store can be revisited. The only way I can think of that would make it half decent is if it was turned into a market for artwork. By that I mean if CCP provided base objects and allowed players to make their own skins for ships then allows those to be sold for AUR over the NEX store. But again this should be completely ignored until things in space are fixed.

RE 10: This is a difficult problem.

I believe it stems from the problem of there is too many being introduced into the system and too few being taken out of the system so they are building up. This buildup is just plain toxic to the game itself.

For starters all BPOs for titans/supers should be removed and their owners reimbursed with isk. BPCs for titans/supercarriers can be acquired through invention of carrier BPC -> supercarrier, dread BPC -> titan. Also the system that these are being built in cannot have a cyno jammer active in it. That will slow the production of them but that only addresses one part of the problem, the build up.

The second part of the problem, increased removal is harder to address because I don't want to outright shaft those who have the ships already or spent the time training them. Supercaps will basically be rebalanced to be a counter to capital ships. Supercap tracking will be nerfed again so they cannot hit subcaps unless the subcaps are sitting still as in <10m/s. Subcaps need to be made a threat to supercaps, I like the idea (can't remember who stated it), that EAFs will be able to use electronic warfare on supercaps. Super carriers can only use fighter bombers and those fighter bombers will not be able to damage subcaps. Supercaps will no longer disappear while in space, they will remain wherever their pilot logged off at. Supercaps can be docked in stations/outposts in 0.0 but will be visible outside the station and still vulnerable. I hesitate to do this because balancing is a pain but perhaps introduce a cruiser size bomber that specifically is for killing super caps. The idea is to make it so that it is a huge risk to operate supercaps without a cap and subcap fleet as support. Finally dreads should be revisited to make them more than just suicide ships.

I'd like to make supercaps more interesting as well so that people want to use them in a fight instead of a gank. Yes gank, don't even attempt to call dropping 50+ titans/supers on anything cap and below a fight.

Some ideas I've had for titans:

1. A barrier shield module, this would allow the titan to project a pos like shield a certain distance around itself that the titan's fleet can shoot out of. (Leviathan would get a bonus for this)

2. A fleet mwd like module that provides a huge speed burst to the titan without a sig radius increase and drags the titans fleet along with the titan. (Ragnarok would get a bonus for this)

3. A fleet wide cap booster. (Avatar would get a bonus for this)

4. A fleet wide temporary drone damage increase. (Erebus would get a bonus for this)

5. A change to titan training, instead of requiring racial titan, it would just require racial dreadnaught 4 or 5. Completely eliminating the skills and refunding the sp to the characters that trained the skill.

6. Removal of any hangar space/clone vat from titans.

7. Selfdestructing a titan would act as an old AoE DD. (This can't deactivated once the timer is below 60 seconds)

-Important note for the above, none of those would stack, meaning you can't have a whole bunch of Erebus to make it so drones do ridiculous amounts of damage, they can only receive one buff from one Erebus.-


Some Ideas for Supercarriers:

1. A station gate module that allows players with a clone installed on the super carrier to access their hanger at the station the super carrier determines. They can then board a ship and undock from the super carrier with it. This will require some kind of fuel.

2. An HQ module, this would allow the supercarrier to act as a station, while the HQ module is active it would need to remain stationary but could be cloaked. The idea is to give players who operate in enemy space a stealthy, destroyable base of operations and to encourage nomadic corporations/alliances.

3. A new drone control unit module that allows super carriers to use a set amount of regular drones.

Revisiting dreads:

Give dreads a module that allows them to fire artillery style at a painted site. Also make a sub capital module specifically for black ops (other subcaps could use this but it would have highly taxing fitting requirements) that allows them to paint an area for the artillery dreads to fire. This is hard to visualize so think of the painter as having sort of a probe scanning interface, the ship would move the probe (radi are determinant on the type of probe used) then hit the paint button (scan) which would then appear to fleet mates as a potential artillery bombardment zone. When fired upon shells will randomly land inside the area that was painted.

Pos shields cannot be damaged (does not apply to proposed titan module) by artillery bombardment but anything not inside that shield is fair game. Dreads would have a range of artillery "shells" to choose from. The standard ammo conventions for each ammo type would be used with the short range high dps rounds being low explosion radius high damage and the high range low damage rounds being high explosion radius lower damage. Special "shells" would exist as well, like for example a shell designed to deliver charges (ex: drugs, cap boosters) to the battle. a gas round that prevents DDs from being fired, or an ecm round that deactivates drones/fighters for a while. I'd like for the special "shells" not to tread on a few things stealth bombers have so no lock breaking or cap draining for now.

With the above changes, dreads will hopefully get more use as they will have more roles to play.

To prevent stupid situations in low sec stations have a barrier that prevents shelling the undock, the same can be said of gates.
