You can get around 6b as is.

Finish his Tengu goodness and bring it to around 7b
Finish both Loki and Tengu so they both fit T2 setups well and get over 8b

A 20m SP toon who has a real build for PVP/PVE can sell for up to 10b

Support skills need to be in place though.

Retail prices..... resellers will offer quite a bit less.
