CCP Tallest would love you forever if....

You would give us that Hybrid rebalance update you said you would write by last month! I'm sure your busy guy and maybe you forgot but i know two devs have said they would remind you to write it...

As respectifully as i can say this please do what you told us you would do or at least why you can't/won't. If you need more incentive my subscription ends in 2 days (currently burnt out) if you respond by then i'll re-up my sub and juist train skills if not i'll let it expire, and be back in like 1-3 months. Oh and no bitching from me for at least 3 months if you do! (thats probably worth more than my sub anyways)

CCP you guys are doing a great job just looking for some communication on this 1 issue. Thank you.

its not worth the bother... i went as far as to promise CCP Punkturis 1000 roses if she could convince tallest to update the thread... what she found out was the tallest is no longer working on hybrid balance and has moved on...

what we got is what we are getting for atleast another year...

Well luckily i've trained into Winmatar (that tornado is nice, wtf is the talos for again?).
i remember when there was a dev blog on how unbalance is a good thing to an extent as it keeps poeple training and expereinceing new things in EVE. Guess thats not so much the case.

So 20 minutes of CCP's time is not worth the $15-$45 they will lose (letting my sub lapse for awhile) or the fact it would make a lot of gallente pilots happy. I'm guessing its becuase they dont want to do anything else with hybrids so they figure saying nothing is better than what they plan to do... ie nothing.

Some follow-up feedback on that hybrid change would be great for us to see, but "buffed" should never mean "new FotM". Blasters are fine as they are now.

Have you seen a Talos/Mega/Naga + Null ammo, its certainly no longer a waste of time to train blasters. Although probobly if you intend to go to null and join in on the big fleets, then the Tornado is the best

Blasters may be fine, but how about rails?

Hey!

CCP Tallest did something that caused him to recently become the father of twins (they'll probably be taller than me by next week...)! So he's away on paternity leave for a little while and his team is mostly focusing on their own areas of specialty while he's away. But continued re-balancing is still very much on the agenda for upcoming releases.

Congrats to CCP Tallest for achieving multiball!

I'm sure he'll see the hybrid/ship balancing to the end when he comes back, meanwhile blaster boats are absolutely usable, and superior choices in several situations.
