Why is EVE GATE so damn slow? Everytime I log in, on any of my accounts, it takes forever to do anything once I choose a toon.

It was there on the 4th of this month. On the 11th of this month, it had disappeared from the new website.

Where have the "My Character" options been relocated?

Takara, maybe we are going about this all wrong getting an answer on what happened to the "My Character" section. So in the lingo of the dev blog title I will rephrase my request....


CCP, can we has our "My Character" section back?



Also I realize that this info can be scraped from the API via 3rd party app, but sometime a guy just wants to download the wallet journal (or transactions or corp roster) directly into Excel and work with it there. I'd imagine if I set my mind to it I could figure out how to scrape it myself. But the old "My Character" website just worked and was easy. Now it appears to be gone.

On the Community website, click the link in the footer for "Archive" and then in the left menu near the bottom is a link to the My Character page.

Any chance that the links on that page can be built into EVEGate?

There are already Profile, Contacts, Mail, Calendar and Voice sections ... could we add a "Data Exports" section?

Also, can you let the GMs know where this feature is now located Blink

hey regarding the new website , where can i find the manural patch , i need to download them off the website me auto on in_game broke long time ago so i been doing it manuraly from the site but i can not find it any ideas guys ?

@CCP Alice: I have one objection/suggestion. You say the new website's goal is to show what Eve is to people who don't play yet. In that case section "The sandbox" listing various play styles is rather misleading. A person with no knowledge of Eve would assume these are fixed character classes, as known from most MMOs. Each "persona" description should include a clear information that this is not a restrictive class, that your toon can progress in any direction you choose.
