Besides the player owned customer offices, what other things do you think need to be done to improve risk-reward in lowsec? What ideas or concepts will you push for to improve lowsec gameplay?

As a concept, POCO's are so fantastic because they set small-to-medium sized objectives that large alliances do not want to bother themselves with. They are great fight generators, but low-sec is still largely empty space. I think that if low-sec had more rewards to align with the huge risk involved that we will see a more interesting low-sec dynamic. Right now there is no reason to run an incursion in low-sec when the high-sec ones are just as profitable and effectively safe. I don't want to nerf high-sec, I want to boost low-sec! I accept that no matter what high-sec dwellers will enjoy that type of gameplay and I have no intentions of forcing them out, but if players are looking for an excuse to go to low-sec I want them to have it. Expanding on Alchemy is another quick-and-easy change that can be made, with a similar vein to POCOs. Make it so large alliances don't care enough to horde the moons, but that established small/medium alliances can get more money out of their space and generate fights.

When it comes to low-sec, I want more players to have a reason to go there.

This dove-tails into the bounty question quite well. I agree that the current system is dated and, moreover, inherently flawed; I would love for this barely-existent profession to get some love, but I think a complete overhaul is necessary. I like Malcanis' idea to a point - the overall idea is sound but the devil is in the details. I think it is very dangerous to have a bounty system with payouts based on the player-driven market. Eve players are devious, if there exists a way to cheat the system we will figure it out fast. Perhaps a simple fix is to calculate payoffs from a mass-base. That is to say, killing a bigger ship would entitle the players into bigger portion of the payout. When adding a bounty, perhaps allowing the bounty-payer the ability to stipulate how many times he wants the target killed (up to a certain cap) could be a cool tweak.

I see a lot of people saying "now that we have implants on pod mails, yada yada yada". The bounty system, ideally, would be a low-sec thing. This is low-sec, a competent low-sec pilot only gets podded going through Rancer (or your favorite smartbombing pipe system) or when he wants to. We shouldn't base a new system on the foundations of the broken one.

I agree with you Elise, Super changes was for the most part OK, however the limit to Fighter Bay size was to much.
No fast way to change from Fighter bombers to fighters or back and why even make an expensive ship like that so limited?
I would really like to see more space in Fighter bay to enable Full set of fighters and Fighter Bombers with some room for spares.. have to remember the price tag of a supercarrier.....

Another idear i had was...
T2 production moved to 0.0
T3 to low sec

Multiple benefits are :
Transport through low sec and 0.0 = risk
Production speed bonus = reward

All in all population increase in 0.0 and more life in 0.0 and low sec.
Would properbly require more production slots in low sec or require a POS in Low sec.
0.0 there are plenty of stations not used out there or just build more?

I endorse Elise as I do believe to be the most appropriate thing a solid Eve player could really do to help improve the game.

Thank you for the reply Elise. I'm still mostly undecided. I think in the end it will come down to character who will receive my votes.

On the other hand, a vote for "The Mittani" is sure to result in this game going down the tubes. Amongst things "Mittens" does is:

- attempt to fund his bad alliance by scamming people
- meta game the markets "because he can" ala gallente ice
- grief hi-sec carebears

Wow, is that true, Elise? Are you opposed to market PvP? Some of us get our PvP fix from market manipulation and in my opinion that is a vital part of Eve. I think scamming is also legitimate PvP and wholly consistent with the Eve universe.

Do you think space battle PvP is the only kind of PvP that should be allowed in Eve, as your RaidenDOT cheerleaders seem to believe?
