Wow... there's a lack of Cyno V pilots for sale right now. However I'm not in any hurry... so given EVE Char Appraiser says 1.6b, and I won't be training a cyno alt so the +5s and remaps are meaningless.... there's no way I'm paying 3bil!

But I appreciate that selling low-cost toons is heavily affected by that plex cost to transfer, so I'll offer 2bil. On the condition that you fix those damned ugly breasts before trade!
