If you don't mind being a **** and going back on your forum post I'll bid 11b. As far as I'm aware CCP are fine with it as long as you return the isk, character sales aren't finalised until the toon is sent.

I'm surprised she went so fast, Minmatar Freighter V is kind of a long sidetrack for a pvp toon.

Appreciate it. The character was a good toon needs work in some areas but overall really nice toon.
