System security status and missions

Been gone a while. I noticed CCP revamped the whole agent quality and missions reward thing. I couldn't find any concrete information on whether or not the system security status was changed along with it, though. Are the rewards for doing missions in .5 and lower still higher than .6 and higher?

Yes, the security status of the system you pull the mission from provides greater rewards the lower you get. If you mission in high sec try and find an agent in a 0.5 system with few or no lo secs nearby.

Agent location = A difference of 0.1 in system security level from 1.0 down to 0.0 translates into a 10% increase in rewards.

not really

depends what corp you whore for.

if its one thjat suppies the highly sort after bpc's then its twice as fast to get.
not unusual to get 13+k lp in a 0.1 sys

i would do it. but cba as too much of a headache playing hide and seek with the local hunters.

Yes the rewards are greater in lower security status systems (as they always were) meaning if you're looking for the best rewards your better heading to lower sec. space.

The full sec status does make a difference as well. some 0.5 Systems wont be worth as much in rewards as others.

0.51 is better than a 0.54 system. The difference is not great though (200-500 LP when I last checked)

Yes really.

This is based on the same level agent in the same corp offering the same mission. The base / starting location is 1.0 high security system. As the system security level decreases, the agent mission reward increases:

I think what Lady Aja 2.0 is trying to say is that getting more LP in a lower sec system is not so great if the corp has a terrible LP store.

ie. 0.1 navy agent LP gets a terrible conversions rate so all the extra LP per hour would still be valued at less actual isk/hr than a science corp in 0.5 system with a much better conversion LP/isk rate.

In which case, you're both right.
