Alliance, no, I am however the leader of a small gang of pirates. And I don't need a titan to compensate. The anonymity of the fourm serves me no purpose punk, but if you don't answer your phone I suppose I can at least settle with innocent flirting here. For now that is.

I heard they were going to make Eve more newbie-friendly by completely removing non-consensual pvp.
People will have to agree to pvp, both must file a petition to a game master to request a pewpew.
After that, every player will have one week time for reconsideration in wich the pvp request can be revoked by either side- or by a third side, should they provide a valid reason.
After the week the GM will send the time and location for the pvp event and both players may engage. Should at least one of them not show up to the pvp, the combat will be delayed for another week- this can be petitioned, if valid reasons are given, the combat may be rescheduled to another time within the following week.
Should this appointment also be canceled, the entire pvp-request must be started anew.

I can tell you though that punktur means dot so my dev name is ".is" (kind of like "dot com" in 30 rock)
