WTB Subcap PVP toon Budget 21b

Hey,

i´m looking for a pure Subcap PVP toon, no wasted SP (in Industry for example)

Must have:

Arrow Battlecruiser 5
Arrow 2 or more Cruiser 5
Arrow 2 or more Battleship 5
Arrow very good Gunnery Support Skills, 2 different T2 Large Turrets with Specs to 4.
Arrow good Mechanic and Engineering Skills
Arrow good Drone Skills (means at least T2 Ogre with Drone Interfacing 4)
Arrow able to fly Legion/Tengu/Loki (just one, two, or all three, i dont care) with Offensive and Defensive Sub 5

Nice to have:
Arrow Thermodynamics 5
Arrow Cybernetics 5
Arrow HAC 5
Arrow Logi 5
Arrow Recon 5
Arrow good Missile Skills

Budget is 21b

Only 1 Race and low Gunnery support skills but very low charisma and meets all your other "Must Haves" and all but 1 of your "Nice to Haves" plus some additional nice skills like Cyno 5 and Maxed ECM Skills etc.

You're probably not interested, but worth a shot (free bump) ;-)
