What am i worth?

In a nutshell

i'm a mining alt with

Current Skills: 28 (Skill Points: 9,918,470)
Unallocated skill points : 1,314,021

mostly maxed out for mining

3 remaps available

i read somewhere that the rough guide is 250 isk per SP but didn't see anything for un-allocated SP ( are they worth a bit more?)

the online appraiser suggests

2,463,777,870.82 ISK

but that doesn't account for the un-allocated SP :(
