Im looking for a carrier pilot and my Budget is 8.5 Billion Isk no higher. Id like the character to have the fighters skill to at least 3 and to have the carriers skill to at least 3 and to have the skill to fit it right, for example if it is a chimera I don't want to have to end up training shield management V and Shield operation V. Doesn't have to be perfect just good, please post all offers here and I am online most hours of the day so response should be quick. Big smile
