How can I transport boosters without ccp pwning me?

Can I courier contract the boosters to my transporting alt, and ccp will leave me alone? Thanks

Just put them in an interceptor and dont loiter at gates. You can't contract them or hide them in cans / orca bays or anything like that. Warp to zero on gates of course and if you do get scanned, decline and jump straight after.

Dont listen to bullshit people say about them being hard to move.

Why an Interceptor?

I've thought smuggling would be fun too. I'd gear up to give it a go.

Cause Interceptors fly and warp fast, customs officers can't catch them.

Why fly a ceptor and run the risk of getting one shot by police when you can easily tank the police forever in a passive faction fit rattlesnake? Their neuts are the most damaging thing and with the rattler you don't care about it.

Wondering about this, myself. I'm noticing there aren't nearly as many threads about this as there used to be, and my googlefu has failed me for anything more recent than 2008-ish.

Specifically, the customs agents don't seem to catch me at the warp-in gate at all, but they nail me as soon as I begin to jump through the out gate. In some cases, I've jumped through entirely and yet the session won't change, and THEN they get me.

Haven't lost any sec status, though I've been told I'm gonna be executed a few times and I lose .01 faction each time as well as isk. Out of 29 high sec jumps, I got fined 17 times. That seems like rather a high number when all the information I CAN find says, "As long as you're in an interceptor you're fine," or "I've never once been caught." I was in a fast ship, and yes I tried nanos and inertial stabs as well. So the info is out of date or there is something else I'm not picking up on somewhere.

Getting into warp doesn't seem to be the issue-- jumping through the next gate is.

Any guides or current information on this available anywhere?

I just stoped dealing drugs. Customs only get u on the way out in a fast frig. You get fined but is not that much and standing dont go that fast. I made a alt in 24 hours that flys.

I really disagree with some of the suggestions here.

Don't fly an interceptor -- or any frig for that matter. One smartbombing rokh at a low-sec gate will ruin your day. Getting one-shotted at undock by a high-sec ganker will do the same.

Ideally you should use a T3 cloaky nullified ship or a blockade runner. (The nullification mod improves your align time so fit it even if you don't go to 0.0.) I favor a Loki as it has a mod that reduces your sig radius. A blockade runner has a nice big cargo bay, warps cloaked and has enough of a tank to survive a few smartbombs.

Also, instead of istabs, use nanofiber mods. You want your sig radius to be as low as possible. You want to be able to hit warp at station undock to your safe undock bookmark before gankers can target and kill you. A high sig radius makes it easier for people to lock you and hit you.

After jumping through a gate, hit the jump button and then cloak up. At the out gate, make sure you properly hit the gate and jump through. The jump button doesn't always work because you land outside the decloak range sometimes. At station undocks that are regularly camped by high-sec pirates (such as Jita) create instawarp undock bookmarks. All you have to do is undock and warp to your bookmark. No one should be able to target you and thus kill you.

I agree with this:

You should never die to customs officers, but you may lose standing and isk. Oh well.

I've gotten killed twice now, making two runs. I really need to figure out what exactly the issue is.

I'm in the recommended slicer with the recommended mods.

I hit the "jump" button to begin the warp. I get to the out gate. Instead of jumping, one of two things happen:

In the first case, I get the "We've scanned you, stand by to be scrammed, etc, etc," message, I hit "no," and no issue, I jump through right after with a hefty fined mailed to me.

It's the second version of things that happen that is confusing me. Twice now I've hit the "no" button, and they decide I need to be executed for my crimes. I cannot jump through. i cannot warp away.

What makes them decide to execute me instead of just fining me? I didn't have aggression. My standings were on the bad side of neutral, but not kill-on-sight bad. What am I supposed to do at this stage?

Most importantly, why is everyone saying "Oh customs won't kill you," when they've killed me every time I've tried it? I'm missing a very important step here, and I can't figure out what it is. Please help!

How are low sec smartbomb camps relevant here? Once you are in low sec there is no issue. If you then lose a frig by warping on top of a battleship thats your own stupid problem, but an Interceptor is hands down the best option for moving illegal goods.

Cloaks do nothing to stop you getting scanned by customs.

You can't get 'one shotted' on undock if you use an insta, which you should be using at hubs anyway.

There is another way, told to me by someone who does it for a living. Unfortunatly I gave my word not to disclose the method employed by the pro's. I can say it is one of the best kept 'open secrets' in all of New Eden. Velocity Prime can steer you to people to contract to get them delivered to almost anywhere. Velocity is awesome player, very knowledgeable and not a con artist.

Place in Orca hold. Corp hangers can be used to transfer illegal goods and will not scanned by customs.
