WTB Amarr/Minmatar/Gal pvp pilot 5B budget

As the title says I am looking for a pvp pilot (not Caldari) and have a budget of 5B. If you can meet some of the following criteria please post your alts link:

Turn on's
Arrow HAC or Command Ship Pilot
Arrow TIII Ships
Arrow Cruiser/BC/BS V
Arrow Tech II Guns (up to medium preferred)
Arrow Amarr/Min Pilots preferred, although good Gal Pilots considered.

Turn Off's
Arrow Caldari Pilots
Arrow Industry/Research/PI and Trade skills
Arrow Scammers
Arrow Anything worse than -2 sec rating
Arrow less than 10M SP (unless the price is cheaper accordingly)

I would ofc expect you to pay transfer fee.

Whilst I am not in a rush to find my ideal character I would snap one up if it comes along.
