cant use a . (dot) anymore on market

hi

is there a bug now that i cant use a . anymore as separator on the market

i used to do my entering my sell order with my keypad(dutch) and using a .(dot) but now i can only use a , (comma)

is this a bug?

Check that you haven't inadvertently turned the keypad's 'numlock' off. That usualyl turns the number pad into a directional control.

I can't get rid of my darn signature!  Oh, wait....

nope becuase then i wouldnt be able to add numbers and i use the keypad for that as well..

It is not bug but feature.

EvE now reads your localization and if in your country , (comma) is used as decimal separator, it uses it instead of default . (dot)

edit: I think this behaviour can be changed in eve .ini file but I am not sure

In most cases you can fix this by pressing the left ctrl and shift key at the same time. Under Windows that will change the language setting. Although pressing ctrl and shift while in Eve does not seem to change the Windows language setting, it does change the decimal setting in Eve.

This issue only occurs when there is a mismatch between the decimal separator specified by the operating system's regional settings and the keyboard layout. The work-around is to match the two.
