Disappearing Portrait Backgrounds

After recustomising a character, re-posing and choosing a new background, the background in the new portrait disappears, and is just plain black. This has only happened since the latest patch.

Tried this on two different computer and two different accounts to make sure it wasn't just me, and it doesn't look like it is.

Hopefully an easy fix.

Just wanted to say that I've had similar problems (notice how my background is black)

myself and other new players have had the same issue for the past 3 days. It looks awful! I hope ccp can fix this soon.

I am also having this problem.

I've tried numerous combinations of clothing, makeup, among other things, I can't seem to fix it.


I'm glad to see CCP is aware.

I'm also eager to hear some news on this subject. It's really annoying when you have decided to remake your portrait and this happens. Now I wish I hadn't changed the portrait after all...

I keep my fingers crossed it doesn't take too long though. Smile

I have this same bug, but after all, i like this black and plain background.

Just black...

Just wanted to quickly update you all that we are still working on this issue and believe we have fixed it internally. We are currently working on testing the fix.
