no scanning, no nothing except covops and a t1 cyno? if this had pi and scanning skills i'd be on it like a fat kid on oreos, but there's just nothing here except frig V and electronics upgrades V.

how's 1.2b sound =) the important skills on this character can be trained in under a month, and the drone skills are nice but not that important on a covops character.

i make spreadsheets for pretty cheap. contact me for more info.

if you train interplanetary and cc upgrades to IV, remote sensing to III, astrometrics to IV, and the astro supports to III, maybe add some nav skills, and get covops to IV...that's a really nice alt toon for a few weeks of training time. add in industrial skills and it's a perfect lowsec alt.
