Anything to keep the swarms of duckfaces at bay is a good thing.

I thoroughly enjoy all these pictures being posted by the OP's critics, showing that they are, in fact, more attractive and thus able to pass judgement.

I'd imagine if such pictures weren't accompanying such harsh critiques the posters would surely look like colossal douchebags.
