I am looking for a toon with all pvp leadership skills to lvl5.( It is oki if 1 or 2 Spcialist skills are at lvl4)

Cybernetics 5 is needed.


A bonus would be:
Minmatar Subsystems to lvl5.
Commandships lvl5.
Caldari Subsystems to lvl5

I will pay well for the correct pilot. So dont be shy to post what you have here or send me an ingame mail :).
Budget is more then you can think of lol :)
I dont want chars with over 70m sp

So post it :)

It's damn near maxxed for leadership skills and is perfect of off-grid boosting. Command Ships to V in 14 days and you can't get better boosting after that. Currently caldari specced. Convo me or send me a mail if you're interested and what price.
