Question about buy orders

If I place a buy order in a station and set for "region" and someone sells something in another system of that region, if I have the best buy price in the region, will he sell that item to me, or only to the best buy price at the station he is currently in?

He sells to best buy order which has that station in range, i.e. which shows as green for him.

So if your region order is better than any other order in that region (regardless of what range they have), you get all sells in whole region.
