I'm looking for a character that can fly a Hulk. What more do you ask? That's it.

Able to fly a Hulk fully fitted, no industry, reprocessing, trade, freighter experience/skills required.

Price negotiable, but I don't plan on spending more than 700mil-1bil Isk on a character that can only fly a Hulk. Not an absolute must that Hulk piloting is the one and only, I'll consider "Hulk and..." characters as well, and price I'll pay will rise respectively.
