best caldari ship and fit for ded 3/10 - 7/10

greetings every one was wondering what would be a good caldari ship and fit for running up-to DED sites 7/10s solo (without changing ships) want to go for a relatively cheap ship but some thing that can do the job and would like some way off getting past gate camps ( cloak or t3 sub nullifier) so any suggestions they would all be welcome
