C3's dont have w-space statics. You can get a C4 with a static C3 but not the other way around.

C3's do have statics I lived in a C3 with a Static C4 and Static HS, but the corp didn't want to advertise 2 statics on staticmapper.com

So they do happen, I have been there done that.

I am very curious, LouCif3r, to find out if you really got what you asked for. Please update us in a few days on whether or not you continue to have a C4 every day (the definition of a static).

Conventional wisdom, as mentioned previously, says that C3 systems have only a single static, and that it leads to K-Space. Unfortunately, there is an ongoing history of people being in a w-space system and finding an outgoing (non-K162) wh and concluding that it is a static. This has resulted in a lot of misinformation on the forums and in staticmapper with people claiming that a particular system has a "static" when in fact that wh was merely a random/roaming exit which does NOT respawn in that system.

However... if the conventional wisdom (which I currently accept) is truly wrong, it would be useful to know.

Edit: LouCif3r contacted me via evemail to let me know that, indeed, the C3 he was sold does NOT have a static C4. Just figured I would "close the loop" on the info here. Conventional wisdom still holds.
