I'm in the market for a PvP pilot between 30mil and 60mil SP.
Race doesn't really matter but I'd prefer Amarr/Minmatar.
Minimal to no wasted SP please, I.E science/indy/trade/social
And a decent name.
My budget is around 18bil for the right pilot.
