Are there any lowsec trade hubs?

I look on the maps and see some trade hubs noted, and noted here.
It occurs to me that pirates and other lowsec residents buy and sell things too, and Jita runs might be inconvenient. Are there any known areas of higher than usual trade volumes in lowsec, and do they correspond with the pvp hotspots or some other trait?

There are, but nothing on the scale of Jita or Amarr. Largely due to said hubs being easily camped in lowsec. Due to that the hubs move around and are more spread out in lowsec.

I don't often trade in the lo-sec hubs, but I believe one of them is Auga right next to amamake. If you were to set up shop there i'd recommend selling faction ammo, guns, and warp scrams/disruptors.

A few systems are truely "low sec hubs", where you can find combat boosters and (stuff for your) capital ships.

Travel around faction war areas and you will find some systems with reasonable market activities. The only question is if its worth the hassle to move stuff there to sell. Although you do get to sell at marked up prices, it is a hassle and you usually have to move stuff yourself or contact courier companies as not many people accept public courier contract going into low sec.

The market in VFK is VERY active. Send me a mail and we'll work out the details to get you docking rights.

I don't always play EvE, but when I do, I prefer it to be a masochistic sandbox hell. Stay wardecked my friends.

There are plenty of npc 0.0 and low sec hubs. The problem usually comes in that its not worth the effort to seed them unless your already living there and making the trips in and out.

The bulk of low sec activity is adjacent to high sec and alot of it is within jf range of a hub. People who are -10 will have an alt or at very least corp mates who will be able to get stuff in and out without hassle. They're not going to pay high mark ups when it takes them under 15 minute to get a fully fitted ship from a hub.

You can of course sell drones an ammo at **** prices in the middle of nowhere but it will take a long time for those to sell.

On the plus side, there's very little competition - market orders can be set up for 90 days and then ignored. This is really nice for people who have some capital and free market orders and want to do something with it all, while investing minimum amounts of effort.

It helps to know where small to medium pirate corporations base out of. Move stuff there, put up sell orders. They blow up, realize that they ran out of X ammo, and won't care paying 20-50% over high sec prices for stuff - especially if there's a target in system.
