Problems during transfer... ive created a petetition... read below !

Hi,
I have sold this character:


Im paying by using 2 x Plexes which i have redeemed.
(You have successfully removed 2 x 30 Day Pilot's License Extension (PLEX) from the game and put it into your Redeem Items list.

When i log into my account on eveonline.com and go to:
Transfer character / Payment Method / PLEX it says:
You have 2 Pilot License Extension (PLEX)
EVE Character transfer
2 Pilot License Extension (PLEX)
Total
2 Pilot License Extension (PLEX)

I click Next, and "Pay Now"

I get this error message:
We were unable to authorize your payment at this time. Please ensure you have sufficient funds and/or contact your bank/card issuer for further information.

What have i done wrong ?

Please hurry cause the buyer is awaiting the transfer !!

This thing happens, when your character is online in game. You need to logoff first

Yeah i wasnt logged in yesterday when i did it, today it seems to work though !!

Edit: Seems to be working now... when i try to log in Darst Omega it says:
