Is it me or exploration bugged?

Hi!

First of all sorry for my bad english but i try to improve ^^
Since like 2-3 days ago i having trouble scanning down any signature. I get them till i can scan with 4AU but if i try with 2AU or smaller range they "disappear". If i go back to 4AU they are there again. I'm absolutely sure that i position my probes around it correctly and i never had trouble scanning down signature since this half week. Soo is anyone experience this too or is it just me?

Some info to clear things up: For scanning I'm using a proteus with gallente electronics system IV skill level and an expanded syster's probe launcher (this skill and the faction probe lancher together gives +50% probe scn strenght), I'm using the 5 probe scanning method and tryed to scan other sites in both other high and low sec systems.

Edit: If you guys need i can make a video about the site disappearing when i go below 4AU range

Make sure you have your filter on your scanner set to "show all". I made this mistake when i returned to the game and couldnt figure out why hits were disappearing until someone pointed this out.

The light that burns twice as bright burns half as long - and you have burned so very, very brightly..........

I don't use any filter if i recall right but if i would have a wrong filter active then i think i shouldn't even be able to get the sites to 4AU since i wouldn't find any signature in any system

Default filter is bad and will drop them off once type of sig is identified. Create a new custom filter that will have all in it. And thanks for not even bothering to look further than page 1 on forums; its like this is 1,000th such thread. :P

Yes you were right, apperealently i had a filter i was using "Exploration" since ages and somehow all the signature was un checked in it. Dunno how it changed coz i surely not touched it.

Also i did tryed to search on stuff like "exploration bug" and stuff before posting but nothing like my problem came up in the resoults and i was lazzy to check recently posted stuff one by one. Anyways thanks that you still took the time to explain and was not like "your question is already answered in another topic, go find it". Sent u 10mill in game as my thanks. Can't believe i can go back doing DED 4/10 complexes \o/

CCP broke everyone's filters a few patches ago, it wasn't anything you did :)

Oh i tought soo, just wasn't wanted to blame them till i wasn't sure lol
Guess i have to check on all my filter to correct them
