As stated in the title. I am looking for a character that can fly an Archon, and can fly it reasonably well. I am not looking for superflous skills, or a subcap character that has been skilled in the use of an Archon. I am also not looking for a holder toon. I am looking for a pilot that can fly an Archon decently with the following skills:

Carrier/Fighters at IV
Decent Jump drive/fuel conservation etc skills
Capital armor remote armor rep/local armor rep/energy transfer capability

P.S. I am willing to spend a maximum of 10 bil on this. I will NOT go higher, so if you have an great toon with say 50 mil sp, that would be awesome but alas over budget.

Tbh you're not gonna get a pilot with 50m sp for 10b max. You should aim a little lower for the sp's

I know I'm not, what I was saying was that if you have a pilot with 50 mil sp, don't bother because I cannot pay that much. Maybe that wasn't clear.
