In order to be added to a list an applicant must first apply for the CSM and be approved. At that point the "100 likes" comes in.

If an applicant has reached 100 likes and isn't on the list; chances are they haven't put in their application.

Doh, I just confirmed that so far there is exactly one female candidate... namely Issler Dainze, aka the hisec, WiS candidate. That's what i call being a minority within a minority! Lol

Also, apparently 100 likes are easy to come by, provided the amount of dubious candidates that got them. Roll
