Im looking for a minmatar pilot with:

That can fly at least a dreadnought or supercarrier both would be nice

Has a postive wallet

has a secruity status no lower than than -2.0

Location: Preferred if the pilot is in highsec

Missle skills would be nice but are not required

Can fly a Loki, Huginn, broadsword, and vagabond

Fighters Lvl 5

Fighter bomber lvl 1

Large Autocannon Spec lvl 1

Large Artillery Spec lvl 1

All Gunnery Suport skills lvl 4 or 5

Capital skills lvl 2 or 3 (lvl 1 for certain ones)
