Hi all -

I recently reactivated after a long hiatus from Eve, and am trying to figure out what's the best path going forward with my skills.

One of my immediate goals is to start making some decent ISK - enough to PLEX would be ideal. When I was playing before, I was going the miner route, but from what I've been reading now, it looks like mining is low on the profession list for ISK making. Exploration, 0.0 ratting, and L4 missions both sound interesting to try out and better for ISK.

My main question then is if I'd be better off starting a 2nd account with a focus on combat skills and using this one for a support role - or sticking with this guy. I'm also open to other suggestions that I may have overlooked.

Here's my skills: http://eveboard.com/pilot/Vayne

I also have 1.5M SP to be reassigned.

Thanks!

Unless you are planning to skill up industrial skills, I suggest you stick to this character.

L4 missions have been buffed so they are a very lucrative isk source now.

However, nothing beats running incursions for making isk. Incursions may be nerfed soon, but skilling for incursions would help you in running lvl 4s anyways.

These are the recommended ships for incursions. Pick one and use evemon to come up with a skill plan. I recommend going for a drone battleship dps if you are mainly interested in pve.
