Wanting to buy archon pilot

Decent carrier support skills

No familiar with this thread so idk if this stuff is a given but....

He must be able to decently use all mods that commonly go on a carrier
Effectively use fighters
No corp
I dont need extra skill (e.x. Calidari cap skills)
