Stop and think for a second. This doesn't kill the blob. It nerfs the logistics. Therefore bring more ships and create smaller fleets. Big deal. More ships go boom faster if it were *true* but doesn't change the number coming to the party. If anyything the smaller gangs would be nerfed because the ability to tank larger gangs would be heavily impacted.

What would kill the blob is stacking penalty on DPS. Yeah, now that would hurt the blob big time. I will leave that discussion for another time.

BTW, Romantic involvment my ass. Can you imagine anybody talking about internet space ships during dates? Are you freaking serious? C'mon you can do better than stupid cover story.

No, the blob isn't going anywhere, no matter what they do (nor will they actually try to “fix” the blob, since it's a key selling point of the game).

What if it stacked by only allowing full reps depending on your Sig radius?

So a frigate will only get 10% of a large rep and less and less from every one on top of that, but a Dread would get 100% reps from like, 4 or 5 large repairers and less from ones on top of that.

Would still kill blobs but wouldn't cripple larger craft as much.

Maybe tortoise is a CCP alt trying to get things back under control. Its alright he was gentle with giving up the secrets of the next expansion.

Sadly you only need one titan to kill most sub caps, with their tracking, so this won't help that much really.

Won't nerf the blob but it will nerf giant fleets of RR carriers/motherships or giant logistic fleets...which is probably a good thing because more stuff will die. Now if we can get ECM modules against the same ship to be stacking penalized then I'd be pretty happy.
