level 4 bounty nerf?

Have level 4 missions been nerfed with this latest patch/?

I'm seeing very few BS rats and most are uner 500k in bounty. Mainly I see firgates and cruiser class ships.

I gave checked with over 7 different agents and the highest loyalty points I'm seeing is 2k.

Also I can't for the life of me get the DREAD PIRATE SCARLET, ANGEL EXTRA, or any other decent mission from ANY of my agents and I have been cycling for a while now.

Had AE and Dread Pirate yesterday. No issues with bounty that I spotted either.

Have you moved from a 0.5 to a 0.9 agent?

Same agent I was using before but it's been days without any decent lv4 missions....

I use to get AE, DPS and WC almost daily now zip zero, pirate invasion, etc etc

From my experience, the "10-15" missions an agent generally has set when you talk to them seems to change periodically, even if u milk the list like I do sometimes by constantly accepting good missions and declining bad ones. I had two agents in amarr space that gave me angels extrav and enemies abound frequently (about 90% of the time either or). Since crucible, they rarely give me either now. Not sure what actually changes the list, but it seems like every expansion period seems to have at least one to two times when agents' lists get jumbled.

My advice is to find a group of agents close enough to each other so you can rotate when one gives you crap and is on a 4hr cooldown.

This. I remember when I was doing level 3s, It was pretty amazing when I got 3 "Break Their Will"s in a row, a "Cargo Delivery", and then "Break Their Will" again.

And for post Crucible 1.2 level 4 missions, I don't see any difference in missions offered or their rewards/bounties.

I had Recon 1 (Angels) and only two battleships in the second stage. Could have sworn there were more during previous runs.

I just got this mission

LP: 4623

However, this new agent is in a 0.6 system ALL my other agents are in 0.8 or above (random).... I don't care about sec status but I wish we actually got a letter to inform us that "Oh yeah hey, btw we tweaked lv 4 agent rewards to scale with sec status".

I don't know 100% if this is accurate which is why I'm posting here to get an idea what others are going through.

My guess is that highsec systems with a high sec status are no longer offering good bonuses like they did before.

My best agent now sucks, she gave DREAD PIRATE SCARLET all the time in a 0.8 system, but not any more, and it's been days since the last patch without hitting ANY missions above 2k LP in 0.8 systems

Just out of curiousity what level do you have security connections trained to? 2k lp seems very low for a lvl 4 agent with security connections maxed out.

It's not a connections issue, this same agent gave me several DPS, AE and WC missions. All had 4.9 or 5k LP, this same agent however is now only giving 2k LP and no DPS, no AE and no WC missions.

**** happens sometimes, but yes, I've noticed that my superb E/A // WWC // AE // Blockade // Gone berserk // Mining Mis. // Recon - Agent is giving me crappy missions here and then lately.

Maybe they reseted the pooling, and we have to start all over.

Good thing is, I haven't had a single Anomalie yet. Hope this stays this way.

If you have a doubt, you can explain it with RNG. You can't proof without a hilarious sized sample, which includes data prior to crucible. A nice dev might check, but I wouldn't count on that, lol.

just to pitch in and show the importance of social skills. high end missions in 0.8 can give 7.2k or so LP
