PWNED FACTOR

"We Make Killers out of Carebears"

Quote:

“There are allot of intelligent pilots out there who never had a chance to learn PVP and what EVE Online is really all about. That is the sole reason why PWNED Factor was created…”
--Eternum Praetorian.

...

There is a reason why you keep losing when you PVP...

The assumption many people have is that EVE Online is just point and click, this assumption is wrong. Luckily however, it is easily remedied.

Here Is The Low Down

Quote:
Lots of you “Carebears” don’t really want to grind missions and mine for the rest of your EVE Life. But, it turns out that EVE isn’t world of Warcraft and try as you may you just can’t seem to become that L33T sauce PVP’er that you were hoping to be by now. Here is where ALL of THAT changes…all you need to know is a few tricks, a few new ship fits and a corporation filled with good people that know how to work as a team.

Sever your ties, be rid of your fail cake CEO’s and give your wardecers the finger. PWNED Factor is the premier new PVP training corporation in EVE Online and we are opening our doors to pilots like you.

Vid 1.) PWNED Factor - EVE Online "My Way" Recruitment Video
Vid 2.) PWNED Factor - EVE Online "Ladies And Gentlemen" Recruitment Video [Featuring Saliva]
Vid 3.) PWNED Factor - EVE Online "Last Man Standing" [One Of Our 2 Hour PVP Training Classes On The Test Server]

UPON ENTRY YOU WILL RECEIVE

Quote:

* You will get immediate access to the “PwnedZone” forums. This is a vast compilation of guides and ship fits that you can’t just Google and find anywhere on the internet. They are unique to THIS corporation.
* You will get hands on PVP training and one on one attention from the very first day you join.
* You will learn how to stay wealthy while you engage in your newly found PVP habits. You will NOT be poor.

AND…

* Upon graduation you will become eligible for PWNED Factor’s 0.0 Alliance placement program. If you so desire, this can be your first stepping stone into a life based out of Null Sec instead of Empire.

Requirement For Entry Into PWNED Factor:

Quote:
* You must be able to fit a tech II shield tank on a Drake Or Hurricane and you must be currently skilling towards medium Tech II weapons (or have them already)

That’s It… Cool

YOU CAN CHANGE HOW YOU PLAY EVE ONLINE FOREVER... Join the in game Channel "The PwnedZone" or contact Eternum Praetorian in game anytime you see me online.

You WILL NOT get this offer from any other corporation in EVE Online. Have a chat with us first before you accept substitute "PVP Training Offers" Many Corporations offer training merely as a scam to boost their numbers. They are NOT a dedicated PVP training corporation, and there is only one PWNED Factor.

One of the coolest things that we do as a pvp training establishment is teach you that cheap tech I ships can hang tough with the best of them. EVE Online is a community based game, and through teamwork (and with just a little bit of guidance) you will be able to achieve things that you never imagined, and much sooner then you think.

very knowledgable teachers, FC's are on point, very proffessional on comms, and they teach you how to do everything that they do.
PWNED FACTOR, has helped me lose that care bear fear of losing ships and gave me the confidence to tackle any foe... very in depth in there training excercises and putting these skills to practice

PWNED Factor is a place where you can learn pvp the right way, you will learn the right and wrong way to do things, you will make mistakes, and not only learn from them, but understand fully what happened and ways to prevent it from happening again. You will have fun, you will learn, and you will become a competent pvper.

If anyone had said to me at the beginning of July 2011 that soon I'd be flitting about nullsec on corp roams and alone, I'd have said "Never going to happen!" Big smile

My whole previous 2 years in EVE consisted of missioning/mining in high sec space. Venturing into low/null sec and pvp-ing just seemed like a step I'd never be able to take.

Yet here I am 2 months after joining PWNED Factor - though no uber pvp'er by any stretch of the imagination - many canes and frigs lost, but also involved in the demise of other pilots' ships; podded multiple times, escaped podding multiple times and had the joy of podding someone else Twisted . Happy as a lark in spring when we go null sec roaming Smile

Who'd have thought.

Though the CEO led roams during the week are maybe more US tz friendly the official training classes and roams over the weekend are at times easy for pretty much all time zones to attend. Another great thing about this corp is that if you feel up to fc'ing a roam and you've found a few corpies willing to be led - you can! Though our aim is to bring the enemy down at every opportunity, we're not afraid of losing ships - all part of the learning experience.

The Seventh Day Alliance is home to some great people and I'm really glad to be part of it Big smile

Here's a confession of a carebear that did take "that step foreward".

Eversince birth (27-3-2009) I have been mining and missioning.
If I could avoid trouble by taking a detour of a few jumps, I did.
Even stop mining, and docking for a few hours to stay away from engagements.

Then I did see PVP-vids on Youtube and thought by myself 'Could this be a thing I could do?'

I did mail to Eternum Praetorian and talked with him.
He knew I was a true carebear but still welcomed me in PWNED Factor.
The classes on Sisi are great!

I have to say, I'm still no diehard PVP-er but I tasted my first PVP-blood.
Last Sunday we went on a roam into low-sec, and we popped a Curse. (I did only 8% damage Big smile)

I was very nervous and excited, but now I know that with the guidance from the experienced corp/alliance mates, even I can become a PVP-er.

Thanks to all the corp/alliance mates for beiing so patient with a carebear like me Roll

I think the differnece with PWNED Factor is they tell you the specifics of how to do PVP. Eve is a game with a multitude of details and there are many tactics you can use to have control over when you die. This is not a blob factory. This is a place where you get the tools to make smart choices under presure.

Who to attack.
What to attack
When to GTFO
Where to fight
How to get EVE to help you WIN
Why you won or lost that fight.

If you want to know how to answer those questions... This is the place for you.

i have been in pwned for 28 days now, i have been with the big 0.0 alliences and ive fought my fair share but resorted to carebearing for the last 2 years or so, i finally started looking into revamping some old skills and learning everything these guys have to offer.

roams have been every day, the guys are a good laugh and helpful.

i personally find it truely easy going and a comfortable atmosphere ...... i truely feel at home.

if you want to learn how to PVP i suggest you learn here no need to pick up bad habbits or learn the wrong stuff from going it alone jump in here and learn it from the people that make PVP work.

my thoughts and my experiences hope you find out exactly what im saying for yourself.

what have u got to loose right ?

If there was a way to win EVE, you'd learn it here. Great leadership, great members. I've joined PWNED over 4 months ago and although I feel I have learned enough to move on already, I'm staying to help out this awesome community.
Even though the main goal is to teach PVP, you will also learn about almost all other aspects of EVE if you wish, thanks to the members coming from so many different areas.
