Carrier unable to deploy drones after leaving Triage Mode

After ending a cycle of Tech 1 Triage Modules, I was unable to deploy drones when Triage was inactive.

Docking was required to be able to deploy drones.

Repeating this causes the same result.

Tested it with a Thanatos and cannot confirm this.

Which carrier you were using?
