WTS J221203, Class 1 with LowSec static

No towers, unoccupied

Nice mix of planets, custom offices still all interbus

The system is pretty small, about 15 au from the sun to the furthest
celestial. Therefore its pretty easy to maintain security as well as to
probe everything down.
