This guy flies one mean Ishtar.

I hate to get rid of this guy, but I need the ISK. This character has been used as the main tank and primary DPS on plexes up to 10/10. He has access to L4 missions with the Federation Navy (7.56 standings). Drone ships = PvE on lazy mode, and this guy does it very well with a HAC V Ishtar loaded up with Ogre II's. He will only get better in a few days once T2 sentries are done.

The character comes with three jump clones and is currently in Jita 4-4. He has 2 remaps available now. There are no kill rights on this character. He has positive sec status and positive wallet. I pay transfer fees.

I am looking for buy-out offers on this character. Make me an offer by posting below, convo'ing me, or evemail. There is no set close date, but I prefer to sell in a day or two.
