WTB PVE Minmatar BS pilot with t2 large guns

As subject says I want to buy a pve minmatar pilot who can fly BS and use t2 large minmatar guns.

* I don't mind even if the security status is -10.0 and has boundy on him/her.
* He/she must have a wallet of 0 isk. That means that I don't want char with negative wallet and I won't pay for the isk that he/she has.
* The only skills that I care are :
1) ofc engineering/energy
2) To have minmatar BS skill.
3) To have skills for t2 large minmatar guns.
* I don't mind if the pilot does not have any ship at all
* The seller pays the fee.
* A link with all the skills is a must.
* Only offers made at this post count and not with evemail.

The post will be closed once I get the cheapest pilot that respects the rules above within the next 2 weeks or
the offer will be too hot to be declined :)

If I don't find pilot with my needs at very good price I will retract the offer and close post.

Thank you very much all for your forum and ingame mails.
I must say that several chars that I have seen till now were awesome.

Just to add a few words , a char with over 15 mil SP is more than what I need and I am saying that because I don't want to waste your time.

I know that it is very difficult to find a specialized pilot of this kind but u never know :)
