u r a project toon right now... pick a great loki fit that's popular and make sure your toon fits that well. forget tengu for this guy for now and focus all skilling for a nice Minmatar. You're on both sides of the fence, so it you had another 3 months , then do both otherwise 1 month for loki fit... aim for 400 isk per sp ,, if you skill right.
